Transcription: Pick up the curling bar with both hands. Straddle the seat and sit down facing the preacher bench. With both hands on the bar and palms facing up, place your arms over the top of the bench so that your underarms are resting over the edge. You might have to adjust the seat so that the arms fit comfortably over the top of the bench and the shoulders are relaxed and neutral. Lower the curling bar so that the arms are extended but there's still a slight bend in the elbows.
